    Delivery Time & Charges:
    Most items are kept in stock and are normally delivered within 3 working days, by national courier. However during the COVID pandemic, please be patient and allow extra time as we – and the courier network – are working at maximum capacity and delays are unfortunately inevitable at this time.  If you have ordered online you will receive an email despatch confirmation with a tracking link giving the estimated day of delivery.  Delivery is normally between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.  The courier driver is NOT able to phone ahead with an arrival time. Any preferred delivery date/address/instructions should be advised at the time of ordering. Cost of UK shipping is a flat rate of £20 + VAT for all orders except for the Channel Islands, where we can only send to a nominated UK mainland port for onward despatch at customer own arrangement and cost.

    Returns / Refund Policy:
    We act in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014).  Goods in perfect condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to prior written notice.  Sorry, but strictly no returns are accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.  PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS FOR A RETURNS REF NUMBER AND OUR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS.  Any returns to our office address will be rejected for return to sender.

    We regret that we can no longer offer a collection service.  Returns are solely the responsibility and cost of the customer.

    Although it is extremely rare for damage to occur during transit, please photograph and report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be despatched.  Minor scratches, dents, chips etc that have ocurred during transit and which can be easily rectified are not regarded as sufficient for replacement lengths to be issued.
