Returns / Refund Policy:
We act in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). Goods in perfect condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt, subject to prior written notice. After this time we reserve the right to decline a return or charge a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Sorry, but no returns are accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS. We can arrange collection by our courier as below.
Order values of under £500 are charged at £35+VAT. Order values in excess of this amount will be charged at the invoiced cost by our courier. IF RETURNING BY YOUR OWN MEANS PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO OBTAIN CORRECT ADDRESS – ANY UNAUTHORISED RETURNS TO OUR OFFICE WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.
Goods that have been manufactured to order (e.g all External Architecture products) are regarded as “specials” and cannot be returned.
Tape measures that were supplied as a free gift for £200+ orders must be included with returned goods. If not returned back if will be charged at the full RRP and deducted from the refunded amount.
We are obliged to state that: Ordering products constitutes a legally binding contract, subject to UK law.

Most items are kept in stock and despatched by UPS or TNT courier and normally arrive within 2-3 days. The delivery will be between 8:00am and 6:00pm, the driver is not able to phone ahead. A receipt signature is required, so any preferred delivery date / address should be advised. For orders up to £150 (ex VAT), delivery is £9 + VAT – for orders of £150 or over (ex-VAT) delivery is free on weekdays anywhere with a UK postcode.
Please note that an additional carriage charge may apply on GRP Architectural Columns, GRP Cornices and GRP Entrance Porches due to courier restrictions on size and weight – please call for estimate.
Although it is extremely rare for damage to occur during transit, please remember that a consignment must not be signed for if there is any evidence of damage. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package and notify the driver that you wish to decline delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be sent. We will not be liable for replacement of any broken pieces if they have been signed for in “Good Condition”.
