Use:

Decofix Pro for normal installation (mounting to wall) and gap filling

Decofix Hydro for humid environments (eg bathrooms), recently plastered ceilings (esp if lime based plaster) and exterior use

Extra Fix when 2 cut pieces of material are being joined - NOTE: It is essential to use this adhesive for ALL applications where joints are being formed to prevent any gaps appearing in future. Use acetone to wipe off any excess adhesive.

FDP500 DecoFix Pro (310ml cartridge)

Slow drying, strong, installation adhesive and filler. Water based, so easy to wipe off excess. One cartridge sufficient for approx 6-7m coving/skirting. Fits in standard caulking gun (FDP100). NOTE: if fitting coving to new lime based plastered walls/ceilings, we recommend using FDP700 Hydro silicon adhesive below. For joins, use Extrafix FX210/FX200.

When installing in cold weather, ensure operating/room temperature >10 celcius for good adhesion.

FDP600 DecoFix Pro (4.2 litre tub)

As FDP500 cartridge above, but 4.2 litre tub (6.4kg) - covers approx 70m of coving/skirting.

FDP700 DecoFix Hydro adhesive (290ml)

External grade (silicon based) mounting adhesive. Use for all products installed in humid areas (shower/wet rooms or outside applications). 290ml cartridge - covers approx 6-7m coving. Fits in standard caulking gun (FDP100). Also use when interior ceilings have been recently skimmed/plastered using a lime base.

FX210 ExtraFix (80ml tube)

80ml tube of specialist jointing adhesive - sufficient for approx 40m of coving. It is strongly recommended that this is used for joining all coving, cornice, skirting and panel mouldings - gives an unbreakable bond between sections to prevent any future unsightly cracking or pulling apart of sections. Use acetone to wipe off any excess adhesive.

FX200 ExtraFix (310ml cartridge)

As FX210 above, but sufficient for approx 150m of coving/skirting. Fits in standard caulking gun (FDP100). Use acetone to wipe off any excess adhesive.
