GRP Columns

Comparatively lightweight but strong and durable, these greek and roman styled GRP columns/pillars are available in Doric, Ionic and Corinthian styles. When filled with sand/cement they have same 'solid' feel as a plaster or stone column. Made from the highest quality resins and matting, they will not blister or bubble in the sun's heat or suffer ingress of water (osmosis) - unlike other thinner (and cheaper) columns. All our columns are available in 'halves' if needed to wrap around an existing structural support.

To achieve desired height, they can be reduced by up to 300mm (from the stated max height) by trimming of the square plinth on the column base (either during manufacture or on site by customer). The plinths in the thumbnail pictures are representative only and may not necessarily be the full 300mm.

In addition to the standard satin white finish, our range of columns and pillars can be produced to match your choice of coloured finish (at extra cost) - just provide us with the RAL colour code.

Please note that our GRP columns are made to order and lead time may be up to 4 weeks. Also note that delivery restrictions and additional carriage charges may apply depending on site location within the UK - please call for estimate.
