Refund Policy :Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt, subject to prior written notice. After this time we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Sorry, but no returns accepted after 28 days from receipt of goods. Carriage is the responsibility of the customer, or we can arrange collection by courier at £35+VAT. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS TO OBTAIN CORRECT ADDRESS.

Delivery:
Most items are kept in stock and despatched by courier and normally arrive within 2 days. A receipt signature is required, so any preferred delivery date / address should be advised. For orders up to £150 (ex VAT), delivery is £9 + VAT - for orders of £150 or over (ex-VAT) delivery is free on weekdays within the UK mainland. Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge of £20 + VAT.
Please note that an additional carriage charge may apply on GRP Architectural Columns due to courier restrictions on size and weight - please call for estimate.
Although it is extremely rare for damage to occur during transit, please remember that a consignment must not be signed for if there is any evidence of damage. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package and notify the driver that you wish to decline delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be sent. We will not be liable for replacement of any broken pieces if they have been signed for in "Good Condition".
